Customer Letter – Coronavirus

The safety and well-being of our customers, people and suppliers is our number one priority. We are continually monitoring the coronavirus outbreak in the UK and are taking the appropriate action, in line with government guidance, to keep you and our teams safe.
Our network of depots and specialist mobile engineering workforce remain fully operational at this time to support you and your business.
Taking the right precautionary measures
Since the UK outbreak of the coronavirus began, we have been regularly communicating with all of our employees to ensure that the recommended government advice regarding precautionary measures are in place.
Our depot network remains open and operational, and while some of our colleagues will be moving to home-working this week in line with government guidance, we have the right infrastructure and processes in place to ensure we can continue to service your needs.
We have contingency plans in place and should any of our depots become affected, they would close temporarily with orders re-routed to the closest alternative location within our network.
As any responsible business, we will continue to monitor the situation daily and closely follow government guidance.
